Our Sirloin has the traditional creamy white layer of fat on the outside and is an especially tender and flavoursome cut.
Benefitting from fast, high cooking temperatures its rich, beefy flavour can more than stand up to bolder sauces and accompaniments such as peppercorn and English mustard.
All of our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. High welfare product, grass-fed, free range. Responsibly reared in the Glens of Scotland.
